The trademark CK comes from the first two letters of the
name of our Province in American Spelling.
CK is a well-known trademark in China.
The following circumstances will be considered as an infringement
on our rights:
Where our trademark is used without our authorization;
Where our trademark is counterfeited;
Where anyone makes or sells the goods that he knows bear
the counterfeited trademark;
Where anyone uses a trademark that is identical with or
similar to our registered trademark.
Should the infringement constitute a crime, he shall be
prosecuted, according to law, for his criminal liabilities
in addition to his compensation for the damages suffered
by the infringement. |
